Terms of Use

Effective date: October 26, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Maestra campaign analytics and organizing platform, including our marketing website and any related mobile applications (together, the “Service”), provided by Maestra LLC (“Maestra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a campaign, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to both you and that entity.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

2. The Service

Maestra provides tools for campaign strategy, voter and constituent analytics, natural language search, segmentation, turf planning, and volunteer and team coordination, including features assisted by artificial intelligence. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Customer Data and Voter Data

“Customer Data” means any data a Customer or its users upload to, or generate within, the Service, including voter file data, survey results, canvassing data, and campaign strategy information. As between Maestra and the Customer, the Customer retains all rights in its Customer Data. Maestra processes Customer Data solely to provide the Service to that Customer and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and your rights to use the voter, constituent, and contact data you upload or connect to the Service, and for ensuring that your use of that data — including any outreach, calling, texting, or canvassing you conduct using insights from the Service — complies with all applicable election law, voter file licensing restrictions, telemarketing and messaging laws (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act), and data protection laws in the jurisdictions where you operate. Maestra is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice regarding campaign compliance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third party’s rights;
  • Upload data you do not have the right to use or share;
  • Attempt to access another Customer’s campaign data, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law; or
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Some features use AI models to generate summaries, suggestions, drafts, or answers based on your data and prompts. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it, distributing it, or using it to make campaign decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

Maestra and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, excluding Customer Data. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal campaign purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and AI providers, including Amazon Web Services and Anthropic (via Amazon Bedrock). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY ANALYTICS, PREDICTIONS, OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT PRODUCED BY THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR CAMPAIGN DECISION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAESTRA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 8, and 9) will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
